The Hartford Business Journal named us one of the best places to work in Connecticut! We are proud to say we are not just co-workers, but a family who loves what we do!
On Wednesday, June 28th, All American Waste was proud to take part in a unique career fair in Bridgeport, CT. Unlike other hiring events the morning was put together to give ex-offenders a second chance at rebuilding their lives. Ken Vallera, Director of Operations and Mike Lauro, Human Resources Manager, represented All American Waste at the cities event. Over 60 Job seekers were present, looking for varied types of positions. From participating in local events to hiring local individuals, All American Waste is committed to being an integral part of the communities in which we serve.

All American Waste recently participated in a food and toy drive in Enfield, Somers, East Windsor and Suffield, Connecticut. The toys will be distributed to all local police departments to supply their inventory. “This has been a heartwarming event for the last 15 years or so,” said Frank Marci, Public Relations Manager for All American Waste. “We love putting smiles on kid’s faces that may otherwise not have the opportunity to receive gifts during the holiday season.” Employees and their family and friends from all of All American Waste’s locations participated in the yearly event.
